It is a Multimodal Transit project connecting the state of Mizoram with the Sittwe port of Myanmar.
The project has three different stretches involving shipping, Inland Water and road transport stretches.

CRISPR Technology
Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR) is a gene editing technology, which replicates natural defence mechanism in bacteria to fight virus attacks, using a special protein called Cas9.
CRISPR-Cas9 technology behaves like a cut-and-paste mechanism on DNA strands that contain genetic information. The specific location of the genetic codes that need to be changed, or edited, is identified on the DNA strand, and then, using the Cas9 protein, which acts like a pair of scissors, that location is cut off from the strand
A DNA strand, when broken, has a natural tendency to repair itself. Scientists intervene during this auto-repair process, supplying the desired sequence of genetic codes that binds itself with the broken DNA strand.

National Pension Scheme (NPS)
NPS is a government-sponsored pension scheme. It was launched in January 2004 for government employees.
Note : in oct 2019, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has permitted Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) to enroll in National Pension Scheme (NPS) at par with Non-Resident Indians.
The scheme allows subscribers to contribute regularly in a pension account during their working life.
On retirement, subscribers can withdraw a part of the corpus in a lumpsum and use the remaining corpus to buy an annuity to secure a regular income after retirement.
Who can join NPS? : Any Indian citizen between 18 and 60 years can join NPS. Now that limit is raised to 70-The only condition is that the person must comply with know your customer (KYC) norms.
An NRI can join NPS. However, the account will be closed if there is a change in the citizenship status of the NRI.

Educational services for the blind- Taken from Yojana feb 2020- a facility in Amritsar for blind in 1887
First school for the blind in India was estd in Amritsar in 1887 by Annie Sharp & shifted to Dehradun in 1903 & today is Sharp Memorial School for the Blind. After Amritsar, schools were estd in Palayamkottal, Calcutta & Bombay. By 1944 there were 32 such schools.
In 1900 American Missionary Anna Millard started first school for the blind in Bombay. It started with 3 children & received books in Braille from England. Today the school is known as Kamla Mehta School for the Blind.

What?- certification scheme for aquaculture products called ‘Shaphari’, a Sanksrit word that means the superior quality of fishery products suitable for human consumption
By ?- Marine Products Exports Development Authority (MPEDA) -based on the United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization’s technical guidelines on aquaculture certification.
Components- certifying hatcheries for the quality of their seeds and, separately, approving shrimp farms that adopt the requisite good practices
Impact expected- The certification of hatcheries will help farmers easily identify good quality seed producers.
Frozen shrimp is India’s largest exported seafood item-Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Odisha, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu are India’s major shrimp producing States, and around 95% of the cultured shrimp produce is exported.
