2021-09-15 16:36:44 First of all :- You must meditate. Going on nofap without meditation isn't advisable, at least by me.

Second :- Workout/light exercise. You'll feel happier and healthier if they're your sources of pleasure other than studies (dopamine)

Third :- Don't stay up late, sleep early and don't take phone with you after dinner to your room. Most relapses occur late in the evenings or nights because tendency of mind is usually to relax or find ways to relax/sources of entertainment after a tiring day(even if day was unproductive).

Fourth :- You must be having short attention span for now as I hear from you that you've been struggling with studies.
Execute pomodoro technique time slot divisions 25-5 and later switch to 50-10 one.

Fifth :- Don't worry about performance in study for a week or two as it'd obviously be affected as you're getting rid of a habit which has been destroying you. Focus on elimination of it more at the moment.

Sixth :- Try out whatever is done in drug de-addiction centres. For more details, Google.
If time permits, read books on NoFap, you'll find good points that would make you understand, braven your already resolute heart and make you more committed mentally.
