INAE & IIT Hyderabad Jointly are organising NatFOE (National Frontiers of Engineering)-2021 in an online mode from July 9-10, 2021.

As a part of NatFOE-2021, Innovation in Manufacturing Processes (IMP 2021) is planned. We invite applications from UGs, PGs and startups for INNOVATION IN MANUFACTURING PROCESSES (IMP-2021) competition.

This is a National Level Project Competition open to all Engineering students and practitioners (undergraduate, postgraduates (not PhD students) and startups).

Entries of this competition should be submitted before the deadline through the online form given below. The entries should be submitted in the form of five minutes video of their model and a write up of maximum 250 words.

18 entries would be shortlisted for the final round (six each from UG, PG and Startups). These selected entries would be given an opportunity to showcase their innovation through a walk through demo portal active along with the NATFOE conference.

3RD SUMMER SCHOOL ON THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
12th-16th July 2021 @ IIIT, Bangalore

CALL FOR PARTICIPATION


International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIIT-B) is
organising a "SUMMER SCHOOL ON ALGORITHMS" to be held online. The school will be held virtually from 12TH - 16TH JULY, 2021. The aim of this school is to encourage and promote interest in theoretical
foundations of computer science among students and researchers. We identify a few selected advanced topics in theoretical foundations of computer science and aim to conduct lectures, primarily aimed at students with a basic understanding of theoretical computer science.

The focus of the school will be on advanced topics in Algorithms including Approximation Algorithms, Parameterised Algorithms, Dynamic
Algorithms, and Exact Algorithms. Since each of the above topics is itself broad, we only seek to give a very brief overview of the subject, and additionally some deeper insights into specific sub-topics that may reflect the research interests of the speakers.

Target Audience: This school is primarily intended for second year onwards undergraduate (BE/BTech/BSc/BCA) and post-graduate
(ME/MTech/MSc/PhD) students of computer science and related disciplines.
Researchers and faculty members are also welcome. Pre-requisites to participate in this workshop are a basic understanding of discrete mathematics, data structures, and algorithms. Hence this workshop would be suitable for undergraduate students who have completed at least 4 semesters in a typical computer science, information technology, or related streams.

Date: 12th July(Monday) to 16th July (Friday), 2021
