Break that brick wall. Ready?
Imagine you are in a room with four brick walls around you. There is no door.
The only way you can get out of the room is to break the brick wall. And the only way you can break the wall is by punching it because you have no other tools with you.
Anyone trapped inside a room with brick walls, given enough time, will start breaking it.
For a moment, imagine how it would feel when you are out of the room.
When you have gone through the pain of breaking the wall and got out.
You will feel liberated. And a sense of achievement. A sense of power. The essence of life itself.
That's exactly how it feels to learn a new skill.
You see, almost everyone wants to grow in their career.
Everyone wants to earn more, achieve more, and earn that respect. But a few are ready to go through the pain of breaking walls.
A skill that you have not yet learned is a brick wall.
Everything feels difficult only for the first time. There are plenty of skills you need to learn in your life to grow in your career, and overall as a human being.
This includes:
- Learning marketing
- Learning negotiation
- Learning public speaking
- Learning relationships
- Learning leadership
- Learning entrepreneurship
And so on.
Can you break a brick wall with one punch?
No.
It takes 100s of punches.
Similarly, learning a new skill cannot come from reading one book, or attending one workshop. It takes a lot of punches, a lot of tries.
When you punch the wall for the first time, it's going to hurt the most. But with multiple tries, you will become more efficient, and your tolerance for pain will also increase.
Without pain, there is no growth.
Doing something for the first time, to learn a new skill, is extremely uncomfortable (painful) because it puts you out of your comfort zone. As painful as punching that first punch when you decide to break the wall.
You want to break the wall because you are tired of spending time inside. The price to pay is in units of pain. It is to put yourself in an uncomfortable and vulnerable state.
All personal and professional growth happens at the edge of the comfort zone.
One of the reasons we have added Mentorship to the Whole Admission Process, instead of just consultant, is that it provides a reality Check of what one need to be there where they aim to be.
It is difficult to motivate yourself to do something new because the long-term benefits of learning a new skill are not something that can be seen clearly, at least at the beginning.
A lot of people think that we are Selling Admission Counselling or SOP Writing services.
We do have a lot of insights in the process but the insights is not what we sell.
The value proposition of our
Mentorship Driven Admission Assistance or Career Building program is that we would motivate you to do certain tasks by guiding you thoroughly via data and expertise of mentors, to let you have rewarding results for life time success.
When you do something new just for the sake of your goals, magic happens. Once you finish the task by yourself with our framwork, the happiness that comes from achieving the task is more than what you have learnt through us or our process. As you become conscious of the process and learnt to do it by yourself.
People get out of their comfort zone and...
Create their Resume for the first time
Write their SOP drafts for the first time
Do a Course for the first time
Execute a project for the first time
Do Write a Paper for the first time
Once you do it for the first time, you have started breaking down the brick wall.
And all with Consciousness of their goals, need and importance in your career.
What you need is transformation. Not just admission counselling
The transformation that comes from doing something for the first time - which previously you thought was not possible by you.
