Banana brownie

Ingredients:

For the sponge cake:
egg-3 pcs
banana-1 pc
cocoa 10g
ground oatmeal-30g
corn starch-20 g
sugar
leavening agent-1 tsp
For the cream:
1 banana
curd-350g
Sugar

Preparation:

Whites separate from the yolks.Beat the whites to stiff peaks.Add banana and all the dry ingredients to the yolks and puree with a blender.Then add it to the whites and gently mix until smooth.Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 180C 12-15 minutes.Cream whipped with a blender banana + curd + sugar.Let the cake cool and divide it into 4 pieces.Assemble the cake, smearing the cream on each piece.Let the cake soak and before serving sprinkle the top with cocoa.
