Method:
1. Finely chop onion and greens. 2. Add greens, onion, eggs and salt to cottage cheese. Combine. 3. Cut the lavash sheet into strips (about 10-12 cm). 4. Put stuffing on the edge and roll up a triangle (watch the video). 5. Fry on both sides in a little vegetable oil until golden.
