A retail staff working at a store within the departure transit area of Changi Airport Terminal 4 observed a female customer pocket a box of eye cream.

The staff's quick thinking led to the arrest of the Bali-bound suspect, who was found to have allegedly committed theft in 5 other shops in the transit area.
