URA wants the artist to amend a mural in Chinatown, which depicts a samsui woman holding a lit cigarette, as it was "not aligned with S'pore’s anti-smoking policy stance”.
On top of that, a member of the public complained that the samsui woman "looks more like a prostitute".
The matter is complicated by the fact that approval was not sought to put up the mural in the first place.
