Recent News - राष्ट्रमंडल राज्य नागालैंड में पहली बार फरवरी में खेला गया था, इसके लगभग 60 साल बाद इसे राज्य का दर्जा मिला। यह देखते हुए कि नागालैंड दशकों से अलगाववादी हिंसा से त्रस्त है, यह कदम ऐतिहासिक था।

13) अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति जो बिडेन के लीडर्स समिट के आगे जलवायु परिवर्तन पर विचार-विमर्श के लिए, अमेरिका के विशेष राष्ट्रपति दूत जॉन केरी अगले सप्ताह अपने पहले एशिया दौरे के तहत भारत का दौरा करेंगे।

7) कृष्ण डायग्नोस्टिक्स प्रा. लिमिटेड ने एक प्रारंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है, जो पुणे स्थित निदान श्रृंखला को 1,200 करोड़ तक बढ़ाएगी।

कंपनी ने पिछले महीने अपने आईपीओ पर काम शुरू किया। उन्होंने आईपीओ पर काम करने के लिए चार निवेश बैंक-जेएम फाइनेंशियल, आईआईएफएल, डीएएम कैपिटल और एकोरस को नियुक्त किया है।

8) बंगाल की खाड़ी के विदेश मंत्रियों की आभासी बैठक बहु-क्षेत्रीय तकनीकी और आर्थिक सहयोग (BIMSTEC) समूह ने बंगाल की खाड़ी के लिए एक प्रमुख कनेक्टिविटी मास्टर योजना को अंतिम रूप दिया।

13) US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, John Kerry, will be visiting India next week, as part of his first Asia tour, for consultations on increasing climate ambition ahead of US President Joe Biden's Leaders Summit on Climate .
It will be his first trip to Asia since taking office early this year. Kerry will be travelling to UAE, India and Bangladesh from April 1-9.

14) Vice-President M. Venkaiah Naidu presented the Kalinga Ratna Award for the year 2021, to Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan.

IIT Delhi claimed that it was made possible by its recent bilateral power purchase agreement with a hydropower generator in the state of Himachal Pradesh for sourcing 2 MW green energy for its power demands.

8) The virtual meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Bay of Bengal Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) grouping finalised a major Connectivity master plan for the Bay of Bengal region.
The seven-member regional grouping namely India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Myanmar will take up the Master plan for transport connectivity for adoption in the next summit of the organisation to be hosted by Sri Lanka in a few months from now.

10) Businesses with turnover of more than Rs 5 crore will have to furnish six-digit HSN or tariff code on the invoices issued for supplies of taxable goods and services from April 1, the finance ministry.
