11) Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha launched JK Public Works- Online Management, Monitoring and Accounting System (JKPW-OMMAS), besides two apps- 'Hamari Sadak' & 'Tameer Taraqqi' of J&K Public Works (R&B) department.
The online initiatives have been developed through the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and J&K e-Governance agency.

12) INS Sarvekshak, a hydrographic survey ship, is on a deployment to Mauritius for undertaking joint hydrographic surveys along with their Mauritian counterparts. During the deployment, training of Mauritian personnel on advanced hydrographic equipment and practices will also be undertaken.
13) North Korea would not be participating in the upcoming Tokyo Olympics due to concerns over Covid-19.
This is the first time that North Korea will miss the Olympics since it boycotted the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles and the 1988 Olympics in Seoul.
Tokyo Olympics are slated to be held from July 23rd to August 8th, 2021.
14) The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister is apprised of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between National Atmospheric Research Laboratory (NARL), Dept of Space, Government of India and Research Institute for Sustainable Humanosphere (RISH), Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan for Academic and Research Cooperation and Exchange on November 4, 2020 and November 11, 2020 at respective institutes and exchanged by post.

15) Ali Raza Rizvi will be the new Secretary in Department of Public Enterprises and Jatindra Nath Swain has been appointed Secretary, Department of Fisheries.
Anjali Bhawra will be the Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities and Anil Kumar Jha will be Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
16) The centre has named S Ramann as Chairman and Managing Director of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI).
The appointment is made for the tenure of three years from the date he assumes the charge of the new post until further orders.
