30. The tribal languages come under Austric Language family. It is also known as Nishad. They are called Austric, because they are related to the ancient Australian language group. Munda is the largest language group branch in Austric family. Santhali speaking people are the largest in number in the Austric family. Of total Austric speaking people, half of them speak Santhali.
