Tata Power has introduced a unique customer service initiative called 'Varishtha Nagrik - Sanmman Seva’ in which we would provide doorstep bill payment cheque pick-up service to all our senior citizen consumers in Mumbai. Over 500 elderly consumers have already availed this service.
