Region Change Guide Without using PC:
Easiest Method for Switching Region (PC Not Required):*
9 SE users can't switch region.* It'll only work on the same RUI version. If you want to switch to older RUI, then you'll have to rollback first.
* You can't switch back to the
previous region without rolling back or going to another region.
* Data won't be wiped if* not rolling back. But better take a backup, just in case.
* Do at your own risk. I'm not responsible if anything goes wrong with your device.
Here in this tutorial, we'll go from Kenya to India region.Steps:-01. In this case, rollback is
not required because Kenya only has RUI 2.0.
02. Download Kenyan A.06 file from
here and Indian A.11 file from
here. Both files are needed.

Rename Indian A.11 file to
India.zip, and
Kenyan A.06 file to
Kenya.zip. Copy both of those files to phone's
Internal Storage.04. enable
Developers Options, and
USB Debugging in Settings.
05. Go to
Software Update page in Settings. From the top right corner menu, choose the option
Select from Internal Storage.06. Now browse through the files, and select
Kenya.zip. Click on it.
07. Now Software Update page will show
Extract option.
DO NOT EXTRACT.
Minimize this page.
08. Turn off
Internet Connection.
09. Use any File Manager, and
rename Kenya.zip to
Kenya1.zip, and
India.zip to
Kenya.zip.
10. Now come back to
Software Update page from
Recents. Click on
Extract. Now the package will be extracted.
11. At the end of the extraction, you'll get
Install option. Click on it.
Your phone will
reboot, and boot up into India Firmware.
Done! Your phone has India Firmware now.
Notes: Kenya users can switch to India & China regions, and China users can switch to India & Kenya regions using this same rename method. Just download the proper files for it.
