1. Paper was more
random than last year (19,20)
2. Paper was
less logical and
more factual than last year (17,18,19,20)
3. Obscure SnT, random organisms, deeply factual-state PCS level one liner History
4. Government schemes and Laxmikant Polity completely marginalized
5. Sports, award, geography, microeconomics makes a re-entry in CSE Upsc prelims almost after half a decade.
6. Not tough but highly factual paper.
7. UPSC needs to hire good old exam paper setters rather than setting some random factual paper.
8. Focus on CSAT now.
