Qualification Required– CA Inter / M.Com / MBA in Finance / B.Com
Exp. – 2-3 Years
Location: New Friends Colony, Delhi
1) Accounting:
i) Data Entry of all Revenue and expenses for current financial year along with filing of documents/invoices with vouchers.
ii) Preparation of franchisee invoices.
iii) Preparation of Vendors data and confirmations on monthly basis.
iv) Month end closing of all the accounts related to revenue and expenses
v) Monthly ledgers reconciliations with respect to revenues and expenses.
vi) Maintenance of Imprest account
vii) All Purchase - Recording
viii) Bank Update - Transaction Recording
ix) Bank Reconciliation
x) Debtors Preparation - MIS
xi) Debtors Balance Confirmation
xii) Follow up regarding Outstanding
xiii) Month End Closing
xiv) Monthly Ledgers Reconciliation
xv) Vouchers Filling
xvi) Inventory Update
2) Management Information System:
i) Preparation of MIS on monthly basis
ii) Daily Bank Balance Report
iii) GST MIS
3) Compliances:
i) Preparation of data and filing of outward supply in GSTR-1.
ii) 26AS reconciliation on quarterly basis.
iii) GSTR-3B Preparation and Filling
iv) GSTR-2 Preparation and Reconciliation
v) E-Way Bills Generation
vi) GST Certificate Update
vii) TDS – Payment
viii) TDS – Return
