CS Vacancy:

A CS firm based out at Noida is looking to hire a Company Secretary with at least 1 (One) year of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
Person having a prior working experience with a law firm or with any reputed PCS firm and having soundtrack record of handling diversified assignments INDEPENDENTLY shall be given preference.
The work profile to be handled by the selected candidate is in the area of Secretarial Audits, Compliance under various Corporate Laws, FEMA, Start Up Funding’s, Company Takeovers, Stamp Duty matters, PF & GST Compliances, Compliances of Listed Companies, Annual Filings, drafting of Board & General Meeting documents of MNC’S and Foreign Subsidiaries and Government Liaising.
