A Lecture is being organised on the above Topic on Sunday [30 April 2023].
Lecture will be conducted by a noted speaker practising before Hon'ble Supreme Court. The lecture will involve discussion on around 20 decided cases on NDPS Act, 1985.

Lecture will be divided into two sessions. Each Session will be of 1 hour 30 minutes.

भारत में पहला राष्ट्रीय पंचायती राज दिवस वर्ष 2010 में मनाया गया था | तब से हर साल 24 अप्रैल को राष्ट्रीय पंचायती राज दिवस मनाया जाता है |

‘पंचायत शशक्तिकरन पुरस्कार / राष्ट्रीय गौरव ग्राम सभा पुरस्कार’ सर्वश्रेष्ठ ग्राम पंचायतों को पुरस्कृत किया जाता है |

देश में पंचायती राज के विकास पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने के लिए 1957 में एक समिति का गठन किया गया था।

73वें संविधान संशोधन अधिनियम, 1992 का पारित होना 24 अप्रैल 1993 को लागू हुआ.

73वें संशोधन अधिनियम, 1992 ने एक नया भाग IX शामिल किया है जिसमें 16 अनुच्छेद (अनुच्छेद 243 से 243-O) और संविधान की 11वीं अनुसूची में शामिल है|

कुल सीटों का 50% महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित हो।

As no information was provided within 30( Thirty) days , First-Appeal was filed 26-8-2020 before the First Appellate -Authority . Second Appeal was filed on 12-10-2020 . By order dated 14-03-2023 passed in administrative side , the Bihar Information Commission was pleased to direct Bihar State Bàr Council to provide information for which the request was made through the RTI-Application dated 26-7-2020 . 6-4-2023 was date fixed for hearing of the aforesaid second appeal before a bench of the Bihar Information Commission . On 6-4-2023 ,no person appeared on behalf of Bihar State Bàr Council . Till date , no information has been provided .It clearly indicates that total anarchy is prevailing in the office of Bihar State Bàr Council at Patna .
