Khurshid Ahmad (55) was brutally beaten and lynched to death by Hindu terrorists Himanshu Pandey, Shivam and others on 22nd June in Sultanpur district, UP.. The incident took place in the Civil Lines area of the district on Wednesday, but it came to light only after a video of the incident went viral on social media the following day.

Anwar, Khurshid’s younger brother, said that on Friday he met police officials to get the case of ‘ynching’ registered, but the police inspector told him to modify his complaint to name “only one person Himanshu Pandey”. Anwar says several Hindus were involved in the killing of his brother, not just one person.
