Banknifty Update
Currently Banknifty is Auctioning in Range bound Manner.
Following are our Observations related to Banknifty composites and Options.
Banknifty composited have Major banks Like Kotakbank, HDFCBANK and bandhanbank etc are running on bear side since morning but this has not yet shown any big impanct on banknifty for now.
Axisbank has been running up for now.
As per options data, Today Option chain is biased towards bear side movement of banknifty as puts are carrying good long position and call shorting is aggressive.
so, if we see range breakout on downside in banknifty, then there can be good possibility of further continuation of banknifty spot movement even below 34500 Levels.
If upside breakout comes and options data changes, then there can be short covering possibility in banknifty calls.
Make the Trading decision accordingly.
