Since Morning Prices have been Moving up and up in banknifty and this has created lot of slippages in prices of futures which we have marked in the chart.

Generally when these gaps are created in 1st half, they tend to get filled within Intraday itself or, next day.

We have made good profits in the morning upside drift of banknifty. Now, we are keeping track on upside price action faliure in banknifty.
once banknifty uptrend price action structure fails, we will update you all and then there can be a possibility that prices might again come down and fill the Gap 33300 and 33100 area.

Till now, Options Data is extremely Bullish.

Calls are Sitting with very good Long Positions and Puts have shorts sitting till 33600 Strike.

and Banknifty is currently stopping around day before yesterday's Resistance Zone marked in the Chart.

Since morning banknifty came down and tested day before yesterday's gap area and got the rejection from thereand moved back to Value area high of the day.
Before moving up, prices have kept on staying range bound in marked areas.

1. if prices again take support from this area, we ca nthink of buying on the dips and holding as long as banknifty is not breaking today's low with volume and giving continuation.
As per options data, when banknifty reached at gap area, there was aggressive puts writing that started taking place in Slight OTM and ATM Puts.

So, if banknifty breaks today's high with volume, we can expect short covering in calls and puts are good to buy only when banknifty breaks today's low with high volume and gives continuation
