Instructions:
1. Preliminary round questions will be shared using Google forms in The White Army WhatsApp groups and Telegram channel.
2. 30 questions in 20 minutes.
3. Fill the participant's details properly.
4. 5 Tiebreaker questions will be there.
5. No negative scores.
6. Be aware of timing, quiz automatically gets closed after 20 minutes time, so if not submitted, may not be accepted.
7. Organizers decision is final and abiding.

*Q.* A 9 months old male child was brought by his mother with complaints of multiple episodes of screaming and drawing up of legs since one day. Each attack lasted for few minutes. Also mother gave a history of three episodes of vomiting , which was non-projectile, bile stained.The child also had passed blood along with mucus in stools. On further questioning mother told that the child had suffered from upper respiratory tract infection a week ago.

On examination of abdomen,a lump was noticed that hardened on palpation. There was a feeling of emptiness in the right iliac fossa.
On rectal examination, blood stained mucus was found on the finger.

Investigations:
Ultrasound abdomen revealed concentric rings on transverse section.
