Chambal Fertilisers to set up new plant
The fertiliser company (0.1%) plans to expand its capacity by setting up a plant at an existing site in Rajasthan. For this, the company has awarded a contract worth over ₹960 crore to Larsen & Toubro. The new plant will boost manufacturing of technical ammonium nitrate and nitric acid.

Ujjivan SFB reports robust Q4 growth
Shares of the bank (+1.6%) rose after reporting a surge in deposits and disbursements. Its deposit momentum remains strong with total deposits reaching ₹25,481 crore, growing 39% YoY. Additionally, total disbursements rose 23% YoY.

Dalmia Sugar approves new distillery
The sugar company’s (+1.7%) shares rose after its board approved the setting up of a grain-based distillery with a capacity of 250 KLPD at the Nigohi unit with a capex of ₹400 crore. It is expected to be commissioned by September 2024.

KEC International secures multiple orders
KEC International's share price increased over 2% after the company announced securing orders worth ₹1,213 crore across different businesses. Its transmission & distribution (T&D) vertical received orders in India and overseas. Meanwhile, the civil and cable business also bagged new orders.
