We are looking for an analytical Corporate lawyer to be responsible for providing legal advice on our company matters. The candidate to be focused on protecting the reputation and assets of the company. One should be detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and persuasive, with excellent communication skills.

Salary: 30,000/- to 50,000/- (Negotiable)

Working Style: Monday - Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Assisting our company to prevent, navigate and resolve complex legal issues that might come in terms of providing educational funding to our students.
• Assisting and advising the company on establishing the company’s structure, policies, objectives and procedures for the business operations.
• Ensuring all relevant laws and outcomes are understood and obeyed by businesses.
• Drafting, assessing, analyzing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts and agreements.
• Drafting, reviewing, completing and filing legal paperwork related to business operations.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining asset protection strategies and legal risks.
• Monitor legal risk in documentation and give guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
• Guiding strategic and financial decision making.
• To help/guide in forming and correcting a successful Business Model.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• One or more years of experience as a Lawyer.
• A valid Law Degree of 3 or 5 years, successful passing of the bar exam, and a valid license to practice law.
• One should be Company Secretary (CS) qualified.
• Comprehensive Understanding of Corporate Law.
• Good leadership, organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, reasoning, and negotiation skills.
• Strong research and verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
