OUTLOOK
The market is likely to trade on a cautious note today on the back of mixed global cues.

GLOBAL MARKET
Stocks in Asia dropped after the rally in US bonds and stocks hit a wall Friday amid concern the Federal Reserve can’t claim victory over inflation yet. U.S. stocks traded mixed Friday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average the only major index to rise, though all big indexes ended in the green for the week. European markets closed lower after five positive sessions. Oil prices dipped for the second session on Monday after Libya resumed production over the weekend.

RESULT
HDFC Bank, LTIMindTree, Tata Elxsi, Crisil, Central Bank of India, Tinplate Company of India, Hathway Cable & Datacom and Huhtamaki India are among the companies that will announce their earnings for the June 2023 quarter during the day.

As per provisional figures, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) bought shares worth net Rs.2636.43 crore and Domestic institutional investors sold shares worth net Rs.772.45 Crore on 14th July 2023.
