It's been a little over 10 days since we announced the launch of new project – the global library of paper books. We are thrilled to report that our Z-Points have already begun receiving the first contributions of books from our community. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for your faith in our budding project and your generosity in sharing your books. Your support means the world to us!
As of today, we opened 26 new Z-Points, raising the total number of accessible Z-Points to 44 established in 23 countries (https://zlibrary-global.se/inter-library) across the globe. These include Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Canada, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Kenya, Mexico, Moldova, Nigeria, Romania, Russia, South Africa, South Sudan, USA.
If you're interested in becoming a part of this literary project and are ready to host a Z-Point, we'd love to hear from you! You don't need a lot of space; even a simple bookshelf in your home is enough to store books. Please reach out to us at support@z-lib.se if you're interested.
We also encourage you to spread the word about our global library of paper books among your friends. The participation and help of the community is very important to us, as this is the only way we can make Z-Points work efficiently around the world.
On another note, we're excited to announce that we launched our fall fundraising campaign on September 15. Over the past few months, we've been working tirelessly to improve our library and expand our services. In addition to launching the global paper library project, we've also introduced a desktop application, the Send-to-PocketBook option, and much more. We will be extremely thankful for every dollar that will be donated.
