The Parliament of India is competent to make laws on any subject of the State, if
(a) Emergency under Article 352 should be implemented.
(b) The Legislative Assemblies of all the states of the country should request it.
(c) The President should send a message to this effect to the Parliament.

भारतीय संसद राज्य के किसी विषय पर कानून बनाने के लिए सक्षम है, यदि
