In Headlines : The country was in news due to the death of 330 elephants in the country's Okavango Delta.

Botswana, is located in the centre of Southern Africa.

The semi-arid Kalahari Desert covers about 70% of Botswana's surface.

In Headlines: Israel’s plans to annex parts of the West Bank.

West Bank is a landlocked territory near the Mediterranean coast of Western Asia.

It is bordered by Jordan to the east and by the Green Line separating it and Israel on the south, west and north.

The West Bank also contains a significant section of the western Dead Sea shore.

The West Bank is located to the west of the Jordan River.

Loktak lake

Loktak Lake is the largest freshwater lake in Northeastern state of Manipur, India 

Lake is famous for Phumdis,
Located on this phumdi, Keibul Lamjao National Park is the only floating national park in the world.

The park is the last natural refuge of the endangered Sangai or Manipur brown-antlered deer 

Designated as Ramsar site in 1990 and was also in the Montreux record
