My advise for beginners would always be , start with Equity Cash Swing Trading (Equity course) , Start making profits in that, and then you are eligible for Options. If you are not making money in Swing Trading Cash, You are not eligible to trade Option buying or Course.
Because trading lower timeframes are harder than higher time frames.
