The current panic among the traders shows how unprepared they are for a sl hit. If you cannot tolerate the loss, you have risked more than what you are ready for.

Whenever I enter a trade, I don't look at how good a pattern is,or how good the price action is , I only look at my risk first , and I enter only if it's small enough.

This has helped me go through many Whipsaws and falls like today.

You have to be prepared for days like this if you are planning to be a full time trader some day. Low risk setup is the key
