these sins can happen to anyone born in any lineage. So people who spread such stories about Bhargava Rama have all either lost their Varna statuses (maybe they lost it even prior to committing this evil), or never belonged to the Brahmana or Kshatriya Varnas to even begin with.

Such an avatara as Bhargava Rama, due to its exceptional nature, cannot be worshipped either. Bhargava Rama still walks among us and Kalki Bhagavan will give him darshana when Kaliyuga ends. No human has the right to question the Sankalpa of Bhagavan ever. Those who do so are not Sanatanis any longer and are as good as Mlecchas irrespective of their lineage of birth. For after all, the worst asuras of the Mahabharata were born in the greatest lineages of the time.

Brahmanas and Kshatriyas are each others' protectors. Kshatriyas use their arms to protect Brahmanas and Brahmanas use their penance to ensure the Kshatriya's sins are lost and his Kshatriyatva remains intact.
