Solar Panel Set Subsidy

• The farmers whose name is land ownership and the source of irrigation is well / tube well / farm pond / diggi etc. and there is no agricultural electricity connection and a dopting diesel engine or other alternative means will be eligible.

• Minimum 0.4 hectare land is required. Farmers of 0.2 hectare of tribal area are also eligible.

• Documents required at the time of application:- copy of Jamabandi of land, Jan Aadhar card, Aadhar card, certificate of irrigation source, affidavit regarding lack of agricultural electricity connection and details of selected firm.

• Administrative approvals will be issued on the eligible online applicants within the limits of the targets set by the respective district offices.

• After the administrative approval by the farmer, the fixed farmer share amount will be deposited online in the bank account of the Horticulture Department.

• After the issue of the work order for the establishment of the plant, the material will be supplied by the firm to the farmers field and the farmer will provide his fixed irrigation source and place to the firm.

• By setting up the plant, the farmer will be provided information about the operation and maintenance of the plant.

• When the plant is installed, the firm will inform the district offices for physical verification.

• District level officers will be recommended to release the grant after physical verification as per the prescribed criteria.
