11) Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology has developed a satellite which the Indian Space Research Organisation will launch on February 28. The college's 12 students with support from faculty had developed the satellite, Sri Shakti Sat, at around ₹2 crore.

12) The Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) has launched a week-long digital campaign 'Ab Pata Chal Jaane Do' to shed the guilt and shame associated with menstruation, causing trauma, ignored health issues and misdiagnosis for girls.
The Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) has been constituted under the Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CPCR) Act, 2005 vide a notification issued by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi on 7 July, 2008. It has six members and a Chairperson. The Commission started functioning from 8 September, 2008.
