ਪੁਲਿਸ ਬਟਾਲੀਅਨਜ਼ /ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਡਿਊਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਗੰਨਮੈਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਣਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਤਾਇਨਾਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ੋਨਲ ਆਈ.ਜੀ./ਡੀ.ਆਈ.ਜੀ. ਨੂੰ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਆਡਿਟ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ 25 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
Taking strong notice of unauthorized deployment of gunmen on duty from the police battalions/police stations, Punjab Deputy CM issued instructions to all the Zonal I.G.s/D.I.G.s to conduct a personal audit and submit a report by November 25.
He also ordered that no police officer would leave their area of jurisdiction without permission from the supervising officer. The violation of this order would attract strict disciplinary action.
