They told Red FM that they closed over a concern they were breeching discrimination laws while they sought legal advice. This is a direct quote from them which I posted previously:

"Following the concerns of Mr. Blighe, a legal interpretation is needed as the hub is operating differently to a charity shop because it provides free service only to those fleeing war."

They're now telling the Examiner they closed because "they fear being attacked by some who take issue with their work" (feeds nicely into the scary far-right narrative) but that they may not need to open back up in September due to lower numbers of Ukrainians arriving.
