Useful discussion here to understand for what's coming down the line for Ireland. Peter Whittle and two guests discuss the current state of UK policing. Apparently the Tories are now at least pretending to push back at some of the subversion, ten years later.

But the subversion of our gardaí is only now being ramped up and I suspect that's the primary reason why a British Chief Constable from the north was hired as our Garda Commissioner as he would be well versed with the source material and the side-notes on woke policing in globohomo.

The UK's College of Policing is identified as the source for much of the problems. This college is a private limited company and I imagine it's stuffed with what I used to hear British people describe as Common Purpose types. It's where the term 'non-crime hate incidents' was dreamed up. 120,000 of these incidents have so far been recorded in the UK.

This college's "guidance" is identified as the reason police stand back when certain mobs are tearing down statues and why you see them kneeling for BLM and have rainbow flags on their squad cars. The police are supposed to be as apolitical as the Queen but they have been politicised under the guise of "human rights".

Apparently there's a 97% chance of getting away with burglary in the UK and only a 2% chance of getting your car back if it's stolen yet the College of Policing is guiding the police to make social media posts a priority while violent crime is increasing.

Much of the hate-crime/speech legislation we are adopting has its roots in this college too like the list of "protected characteristics" which means if you're assaulted for your political beliefs, it will be treated less seriously than had you been attacked for your religious ones.

As pointed out in the video, this set of protected characteristics is completely unnecessary as judges can just be directed to take into account aggravating factors at sentencing, whether someone was assaulted for having red hair or whatever else. But now the law is deciding only certain groups matter...
