Power of Self Questioning (Asking the RIGHT Questions to yourself on your NoFap Journey)

So, this is what happened to me
I was browsing Mindlessly on Social Media & I found a Trigger (P@rn link) - I was about to Click on it, but I stopped
&
Thought to myself in my mind:
Bro, your college is going to start tomorrow & it is your first day, in the college, after this lockdown. (Yes, my college is starting tomorrow - 4th OCTOBER 2021, Feeling Excited, hurray!! )

Is there any need to Watch P@rn? - I asked myself
Answer came: A = Mind's answer to my Question

A: NO

Do you want confidence & energy, tommorrow?

A: YES

How do you feel after Watching P@rn?

A: Energy less & confidence less

So, do you want Energy & Confidence, tomorrow in college?

A: YES

But, Do you want Confidence & Energy, Only for a Day, or for your Whole Life?

A: I want confidence & energy for my Whole Life.

So, how will you get confidence & energy for your Whole life?

A: By Avoiding watching P@rn & Following NoFap.

I said to myself - OK, then. Scr3w away that P@rn & let's get some Energy & Confidence.
Finally, I appraised myself by saying - "I am Proud of you".

This way, I was able to avoid P@rn, easily.
You can also, but before that, take these Key Takeaways (Lessons):

1. If you get a Trigger Accidentaly, Shut Down/Lock your PC/Phone & then Start Questioning yourself.

2. If possible, as soon as you Spotted the Trigger, Switch off your Phone & keep it away. Then, start questioning yourself.

3. Always use "You" instead of "I" in your Self Talk (Researches suggest that Using You in Self Talk is much more effective than using I, more onto that later, maybe in my Next Post).

4. Ask positive & Right Questions to yourself.
for eg. Ask -
Is P@rn improving your life, or Degrading it?
(The answer will be - it is Degrading my life)
Do Not Ask - Why is this happening only with you - Don't ask these type
These type of Questions are negative + the answer is already assumed. So, avoid these type of Questions.

5. If possible, take some time out of your schedule, to Sit in Solitude & to Talk with yourself. In this time, even if you do Self Talk, for as small as 5 minutes, you will see a Drastic Positive Change in your Decision Making & your Perspective towards life
