DON'T LISTEN TO YOUR LIZARD BRAIN!


So! I read one book this weekend and took a detox from group and I found the concept called 'the triune brain' some people know about this, if no! Then I will explain, so here I go,
Our brain has some natures mainly divided into three, those are reptilian nature, mammalian nature, and neurocortex (human nature),
REPTILIAN brain, this brain nature is the oldest nature of our brain mainly deals with four Fs; Food, Fighting, Fleeing and you know the last F very well , yeah that's the synonym of reproduction
Many scientists call it the 'pleasure seeking brain' because this part is associated who only thinks about pleasure.

When some researches was done on rapists and disturbed criminals, it was found that their reptilian brain is much grown than other people, because they don't use their human brain they just seek pleasure in killing and torturing

MAMMALIAN brain, this brain nature is usually connected with limbic brain which provides us the feeling of nurturing, loving and caring to others as like every mammal feed to their children, but reptiles are different they kill their partner after mating, that's the reason we only find baby dogs, kittens cute not baby snake cute, because we are connected with them as mammal but snakes are reptiles

NEUROCORTEX brain, this is primarily called human brain which is associated with logical thinking and problem solving skills, but when we are doing sex, this part is usually get inactive, and who does sex only for pleasure that's can be said fapping in that only reptilian brain is active, it can be distracted easily because it is not smart,

So be aware who you are a REPTILE, a MAMMAL or a HUMAN, do human like activities not self pleasuring like fapping or binging, and yeah mammalian nature should be alive so that you can love others
