2022-06-14 15:49:32Hey Champion ... Yes you .....!!!! Hope you are doing ur best for upcoming exams ... This is a short message for you .... I know the condition.....you may face problems to overcome the stress .. You may be having tension n lost confidence.... Dear...it happens normaly ...so take it as easy ...it happens only when you are completely prepared but underestimating your power and capabilities... It may have a negative impact on exams ...so ofc you need to reduce it as soon as possible......
There are some point I would suggest you to do in less time.....if you want a best results.... I know you are prepared and preparing on a good level.....but you also need to have a approachable mind for exam....
(1) talk to self positively as much as possible (2) revise positive affirmations (3) revise what u have studied (4) spend some positive talk time with self before going to bed at night (5) talk to ur family members or closers ones (6) be away from negative people (7) focus on what you know...not on what u don't know (8) never compare urself with anyone ...it may be you don't know any concept...but think about reverse that is also a fact .....i.e May be u know something better and different than other which they don't know .. So BELEIVE IN YOURSELF (9) at this phase ...take healthy food ...try to avoid fast food ..which affects negatively ur brain... (10) in food ..try to prefer ....fruits ...green vegitable etc... (11) this is the phase which make a huge difference between topper and a failure.... So utilize this time to make your brain calm and focused.... (12) have a evening and morning walk daily with some exercises.... (13) have MEDITATION.....(don't ignore plz)
