if you are not able to do so, that means:-
1)your strategy may be too complicated

2) you are using too many books
Or
3) you are yourself not clear of what you are doing.
Or
4)you did not have a proper strategy for revision and completing your course on time.
The solution is simple:-
1) use limited books & notes with multiple revision .
2)fix a basic plan and stick to it,do not change plan again and again.
3)start revision from your favourite chapter , basic concept , formula and basic numericals .
4)make past year papers your base and devote your most of the time to ncert and topics based on past year papers.
5) fix the schedule and dates to complete each chapter and the days to revise.
6) each subsequent revision should take less time than the past revision.
7 ) make revision plan that synchronize with test schedule
8) do not bother too much about test series rank.keep your confidence up always and give regular test ,
