किंतु मेरा प्रश्न यह है कि उन्होंने जो seats बीगड़े उसके चलते waitlisted candidates को चढ़ाया जाएगा कि नहीं?
As per above article, 8 out of 25 toppers from Gujarat had cleared the UPSC exam in the past (e.g. 2022), and again gave exam to improve their rank/service (2023).
Will UPSC fill the backlogs created by them in last cycle by updating waiting-list of CSE-2022? अगर नहीं तो फिर सरकार ने यह नियम बनाना चाहिए कि
जिनके एक बार सलेक्शन हो चुका है वह बिना इस्तीफा दिए दोबारा परीक्षा ना दे सके- जैसा कि नियम IAS/IFS में पहेले से विद्यमान है, बाक़ी सर्विस में भी लागू होना चाहिए।
if not, then shouldn't government put a rule ke similar to IAS/IFS, if candidate is unhappy with his rank/cadre, he must be required to resign before giving exam again.
