Financial Inclusion is the key to not only equitable economic growth but also a tool of poverty alleviation. RBI created a strategy to achieve Financial Inclusion in a time bound manner esp. for Tier-2 to Tier-4 centres. RBI aims to provide access to formal financial services like savings account, credit, insurance etc in affordable manner.
