Totally Smart system without on/off options in menu

1. When the target is down and no other target stand then will lock down target, if there is other target in view standing then will lock closest standing target
2. When holding a sniper will lock head, otherwise lock neck or chest for better hit in long distance
3. When you have 556 weapon will start show 556 ammo, same with 762mm and 0.45mm, if you dont have weapon only show weapon, if you already have M416 as your autoweapon then only show sniper
4. When you already have Lv3 helmet then will no longer show Lv3 helmet , same ask vest and backpack
5. same system will also work for enermy dead box
6. all same system all work for specter mode
