This is everyday story of Kashmir. A 47-year-old Muslim man is in critical condition after he was brutally beaten-up by Indian army men.
Mohammad Ramzan (47) a resident of Redbugh in Magam area of Budgam, was brought to hospital in Srinagar in an unconscious state, the officials said. He was beaten up by Indian army personnel deployed at Aripanthan in Magam area.
Laws like AFSPA give special powers to these army goons to commit such heinous acts with impunity.
