A 55 yrs Old mentally ill Muslim man Khurshid Ahmad urf Pappu bhai was brutally beaten by Himanshu Pandey and other goons on 22nd June in Sultanpur, U.P
Few hours later, he succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
Initially police tried to suppress the case and only after it went viral, they took some action.
Some people alleges that in order to weaken the case, the administration registered a case under sec 304 (unintentional muπder) by making a Tahrir on its own to protect the accused.
