From November 28, 2022, Heroku will no longer have free services. Apps that are currently running for free will need to be upgraded to a paid plan if they want to continue working.
Since it is a free server and easy to deploy, most of Telegram's bots are hosted on Heroku. This may stop the further operation of most of these bots.
