A Division Bench of M.P. High Court, said that how can CBDT issue Circular No. 8/2021 dated. 30-04-2021 restricting extension of limitation for filing appeal before CIT(A) to 31-05-2021.
As the Supreme Court has extended such limitation until further orders till 19.07.2021.
Supreme Court's Limitation Order is Applicable on every judicial & quasi judicial proceedings, further even if any law specify any time limit for any Application.
This order will supercede every notification/circular issued under any law for extending the time limit.
