Timeline of Plot No.2400

2004: 6700 house sites pattas granted to eligible beneficiaries of Tirupati Urban Mandal.

2018: 989 of those were canceled by the then Tahsildar, the Plot No.2400 was among them (as no objection was received)

The then Tahsildar issued 3000 possession certificates in bulk. The then District collector, Chittoor ordered an inquiry on the bulk issuance of possession certificates. The inquiry is still under process.

Plot No.2400 was canceled on violation of condition (i.e., the beneficiary had to occupy or construct Hut/House within a period of 6-12 months of allotment). Notice issued on 02.04.2018 and canceled the earlier issuance, on 08.10.2018, as no objection was received.

The then Tahsildar, issued an enjoyment certificate to V Venkatesh (S/o Late V Subramanyam) on 08.10.2018

2022: Sri V Venkatesh constructed an asbestos shed on 22.01.2022 and obtained a house tax assessment on 05.02.2022 and electricity connection.

Sri Venkatesh filed a case at Renigunta Urban Police Station on 06.07.2022, citing forcible occupation by Smt. S.Anitha of his asbestos shed.

On the very next day, 07.07.2022 Sri V.Venkatesh took over the shed forcibly and constructed a compund wall.
