We are actively looking PPC- Assistant Manager. This position is for Ceiling Fan manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities:

1. To manage day wise production schedule of customer compliance on daily basis.
2. As per customer schedule calculate the capacity plan and Raw material plan and give schedule of suppliers through purchase department.
3. To communicate with customer daily plan problem and dispatch urgencies.
4. To give molding plan as per customer requirement to mould shop.
5. To check production as per given plan. And arrange bop, packing and RAW Material.
6. To make plan vs. dispatch adherence report as per customer scheduled.
7. Raw material planning based on customer requirements & ensuring procurement from materials management.
8. Plan vendor schedules for outsourced materials & ensuring quantity receipt According to the plan.

Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automobile). Preferably additional qualification in Business Administration.

Experience: 8-12years’ overall experience in Engineering, FMEG, Consumer Goods, Automobile industry. Exposure to FAN industry would be preferred. Exposure to SAP S4Hana is must.

Location: Bajaj Electricals Ltd, Chakan Pune.
