In most gambling games, only mathematics is against you, according to which, in the long term, you always end up losing. In futures, you're up against trading bots, manipulators, and market makers whose goal is to collect money from all market participants.
In my opinion, it's much easier and more reliable to engage in long-term spot trading, that is, not trading, but investing. Possibly with the application of small leverages (x2-x3). Think in global trends, trade in the direction of the market, don't fuss too much... enter the market when there is blood on it, and exit as soon as the sector becomes too oversold. This is enough to earn steadily over the distance. This strategy is much less energy-consuming and at the same time more reliable in the long term.
