Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is hiring for the role of Distribution Manager at the Mumbai. Dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and wide networks to head the microfinance business in Mumbai is required. A role with autonomy, driving the bank’s micro-banking (Asset & Liabilities) business through a combination of business management, portfolio management and team building is required. Strong track record of strategizing and managing microfinance business as lead at state level is a must.

Experience: 12- 15 total experience in microfinance business (preferably in Mumbai)
Location: Mumbai
Compensation: Industry benchmarked
